Job Summary
TM Bus is seeking experienced, dependable, and safety-conscious School Bus Drivers to join our growing team. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of students while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
The ideal candidate possesses a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements, a strong safety record, and the ability to interact positively with students, parents, and school personnel.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school and designated bus stops.
- Follow established routes, schedules, and GPS directions.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required reports.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local traffic laws and school transportation regulations.
- Maintain a clean and professional bus environment.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus safely.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, school staff, parents, and students.
- Report accidents, incidents, mechanical concerns, or delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate route and student information.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class B (or higher) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) Endorsements.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or major traffic violations.
- Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing and background checks.
- Previous school bus driving experience preferred; training available for qualified candidates.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and route management.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must maintain compliance with all DOT, DMV, and company requirements.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to safety and customer service.
